I’m Nikki Drummond, Board-Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Neuroscience researcher, and founder of NeuroFit Nutrition, aka “NeuroFit Nikki.” I believe when your brain feels right, everything else clicks.     Progress might not be loud, but it leaves clues: better sleep, clearer thoughts, more stable moods. I’ll show you how to measure it.
